If you’re looking for authentic, cheap Mexican food look no further. Chela’s has many options to please everyone - tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and more. The downtown location is very small, with great outdoor seating perfect in the summertime.
What do I recommend?
A must is the side of elotes - mexican street corn on the cob with salt, chili powder, butter, cheese, lime juice, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

Isalita
Isalita has a fun atmosphere and the food never disappoints! I would go here with my girlfriends when we want to go out to dinner or when my family visits me at school.
What do I recommend?
Truffle guac is always ordered when I go with my family! I am also a huge taco girl, but I have to say I love the quesadillas from here - can’t go wrong with any of them.
